I have made art for a long time. I like to do carving most of all. I can paint also. My teacher for art is Djikula my father. I grew up at Galiwin’ku and that is where I learnt how to do art, watching my father. I used to sit with him and he would tell us stories about our law and culture while he carved. He was a Djunggaya, a traditional law man for the Gupapuyngu clan.
